The students did an outstanding job at the 2015 International Festival! We were so proud of their hard work as we watched them perform on stage! Their costumes were impressive, and we loved tasting the delicious foods from the many different countries! Check out the slideshow below to enjoy some photos from the festive event. Research Workshop
Many students finished their final country books last week, and the rest of the class will finish this week. We will grade the books using a rubric that the students will use first to assess themselves. The books will come home at the end of this week or the beginning of next week for you to read.
Star of the Week
Reed was so excited to be our All-Star of the week! On Monday, some of his favorite items didn't even fit in the sharing sack including his skateboard and a very cool Lego creation. His photos showcased him having fun with his family as well as some adorable pictures of Reed as a baby. His parents wrote a wonderful poem about Reed for Parent Letter Day, and Reed was surprised by his cousin Max for a special Lunch Buddy Day. What a fun week!
